Bach Flowers

When we talk about natural remedies, we often hear about Bach flowers.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Dr. Edward Bach developed a system of 38 flower essences to help everyone rediscover their positive side. Dr. Bach identified seven groups of feelings (worry, uncertainty, lack of interest, loneliness, hypersensitivity, sadness, excessive preoccupation) into which he classified his essences.
These elixirs are particularly popular in the world of naturopathy, particularly due to the various properties they highlight.
People who regularly suffer from anxiety attacks can use Bach flowers to feel better and improve their condition.

These flower essences restore emotional balance. They help eliminate tension and combat stress, overcome our fears or overcome our dark thoughts.
There is no rule regarding the duration of treatment. In fact, Bach Flowers work differently depending on the individual. When the Flowers are no longer useful, they no longer have any effect; you will feel this for yourself.
Generally, it is considered necessary to take 3 weeks to feel the expected effect. After that, it's a matter of personal experience. It depends on the individual case.
Typically, a treatment can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. It may be necessary to modify the blend by keeping some flowers and changing others as the person's condition progresses.
